外交部认证怎样办理
领事认证通常由一国的外交部或其授权派出机构，最高法院，驻外使领馆来完成。外交部认证作为领事认证的重要组成部分，发挥着重要作用。
外交部认证，又叫海牙认证，加签APOSTILLE。外交部认证通常只确认公证机关公证员或有关机关签署人的签字和印章属实，证明公文书可靠，但对文书内容不负责任。文书内容是否真实，由出文机构负责，是否符合文书使用国法律，则由接受机关负责审查。 对于海牙公约成员国内，经过公证的文书只需办理外交部认证即可，无需办理使馆认证。而对于非海牙公约成员国，则通常要办理使馆认证，文书方可有效使用。
在中国，能够办理外交部认证的机构有外交部领事司、外交部驻香港、澳门特区特派员公署及被外交部授权的有关省、自治区、市外办。
