Law has also been used as a mechanism for social change; for instance, at various times laws have been passed to inhibit social discrimination and to improve the quality of individual life in matters of health, education, and welfare.
Law should also have a relative stability. For example: within a country, a period of time, laws should stay relatively stable, which doesn’t mean fixed or stationary, but keep a consistency inspirit of laws. Without such coherence, people will be confused and distrust laws and legal system.
4. 科技：
Although scientific research has produced substantial social benefits, it has also posed several troubling ethical problem. For example, it is the abuses of human subjects in biomedical experiences that attract the public attention. The physicians who had conducted biomedical experiments on the prisoners were judged guilty in trials.

By protecting our past, it helps us remember how we came to be where we are and what we ought to do now. And it cares about giving future generations the same opportunities to enjoy beautiful buildings and landscapes that we have today.

Therefore, every political theory, ideology and practice seeks moral justification and arguments in order to be accepted by the masses.

The cost of competition is very high. Competition in the form of arms race among powers is a waste of limited resources that we have now, and will bring massive destruction to humankind. Besides, competition is to separate winners from losers. And it cannot lead to
the win-win situation.

Our life isn't a pure competition. If it were, the stress would kill us in the past. We wouldn't get very far either, with everyone fighting everyone else over every little issue. There is another side to relationships called cooperation
9. 文化：
The individuals have to adapt themselves to social life with other people, and make their behaviors to accord with social moral principles and customs.
Apparently, Culture diversity as well as social variety also plays a significant role in human behavior, and moreover, different societies require different human conducts suitable.
Every society has its own bundle of values, customs, and mores which most of its members share.
10. 责任：
A soldier would think it is his duty to obey the rules without any hesitation; a surgeon would consider healing the patients as his accountability; and a historian would feel it is his responsibility to discover what is behind the historical descriptions. In fact, different careers and roles form diverse individual responsibilities, which result in individuals’ voluntary behaviors.
