一、文体分析
劝说性的书信写作目的是向某个组织或个人提出劝说性的建议的一种应用文体。先提出建议，随后给出充足的理由劝说对方接受你的建议，提出的理由要合情合理，用词要恰当，既要委婉礼貌，又要有说服力。
二、基本结构和内容
首先点明写信的目的是提劝说性的建议，然后讲清楚建议的事项、理由、具体建议和措施，最后再一次提出希望，礼貌结束全文。
三、 注意衔接词使用:
表先后次序：
First, second, third….Finally ,First and foremost most importantly above all
Firstly, secondly，…eventually (首先： to begin with/ to start with, at last/ last but not least) 递进关系：1此外： furthermore; moreover; besides; What’s more; in addition
2与此同时：Meanwhile; at the same time；
A．建议信开头常用句式 (照应材料,表明写作意图)
1. After I read your letter in the newspaper, I was sorry to know that …
2. Thanks for trusting me. Regarding…, I’d like to make some suggestions.
3. I am writing to express my views concerning…
4. I am writing to share some advice on …with you.
5. You have asked me for my advice on…and I’ll try to make some suggestions.
B. 表达建议（body）
1. I feel that it would be more beneficial if you could … 2. I would like to suggest/recommend that…
3. You may consider doing… 4. It would seem to me that you could…
5. As far as I’m concerned/In my opinion/As for me, it would be wise to take the following action.

C.建议信结尾常用句式
1. I hope you will find these proposals/suggestions/recommendations practical/useful/helpful.
2. I would be ready to discuss this matter in further details.
3. I will be more than happy to see improvements in this matter.
4. If you have any more problem, please feel free to contact me at any time.
5. I’m willing to discuss this matter with you whenever you need.
