motherland development and prosperous and powerful must depend on our each china's youth's contribution and the struggle.we should think at times i make any for the motherland, but is not from motherland mother there claim any, deeply loves the motherland to be able only to depend on an empty talk in no way.as a state-owned enterprise's ordinary staff, a young communist party member, i must certainly like the motherland the full of enthusiasm carrying out in own daily practical work, likes the hillock being professional, strives for realism the offer, contributes labor and materials prosperously for enterprise's development for the enterprise, obtains the good economic efficiency for the enterprise to do one's best, to work conscientiously, this is the patriotic concrete manifestation.
The Pursuit of Happiness
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Hulei, coming from the Mechanical and Electrical Information limited company. The title of my speech is the pursuit of happiness, the same with a very famous
American film acted by Will Smith.In this film, Will Smith acted as a stockbroker intern named Chris Gardner in a stock company, who had neither bachelor degree nor great family background. As an intern, he was required to work at least 6 months without any salary. What’s worse, there were other 19 competitors, because only one of them could get this job. Meanwhile, due to the poverty, his wife left him away to New York. At last, he could not even pay the rent, and had to take his son and join the queue waiting for the relieving house from church. Even so, he still kept optimistic and told his son never to give up, just like the words he usually said ‘if you have a dream, you’ll have to protect it, and then happiness will come to knock by itself’. At last, the good fortune came to knock his door, and Gardner became a real stockbroker by his effort and persistence.
This film makes me understand that the chance will always favor the person who prepared well. To get a good fortune, you have to pay more perspiration and persistence for your dream up to success, regardless of poverty or difficulty.
Compared to Chris Gardner, I think I was very lucky. In May 21st of this year, I joined in Jiangsu complete equipment limited company and became an editor of the journal of Mechanical and Electrical Information. At the beginning, the strangeness of new environment and the lack of editing knowledge made me feel less belongingness
in our company. During the review of manuscripts, I could not find the mistakes effectively, and sometimes even not understand the content correctly because of the lack of specialized vocabularies. In this case, the review quality could not be guaranteed, affecting the next work procedure. However, our company provided much training about editing standards and specialized knowledge, making me gradually qualified for this job.
Until now, nearly 6 months have been away. As a new employee, I participated in many training subjects in our company, such as company culture, project management, project bidding and so on. Obeying the mission to seek happiness for the employee, the company built an extensive development platform and provided many training chances to us, making me truly integrated into this family. Just like the words in the film, ‘this is a little part in my life, but it names happiness’. Here, I would like to express my great gratitude to my superiors and colleagues.
Generally, the stabilization and development of company will promote the individual progress. In reverse, the individual should undertake some responsibility for the company’s development, and accomplish our own work as well as possible. On the way to pursue happiness, I believe I will do much better.

青春梦，中国梦，企业梦
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen,
I am of great honor to stand here to present my speech. The topic I want to talk about today is a solemn and serious theme full of glory and pride, which is a common aspiration of all our Chinese. Every Chinese has his own dream of China, and of course, there is a dream lingering in my heart only belongs to my own. I am a Chinese young person. At the same time, I am a number of our company. So, youth dream is my dream, Chinese dream is my dream, enterprise dream is also my dream.
女士们先生们，下午好，非常荣幸在这里进行我的演讲，因为今天我站在这里向大家演讲的主题，是一个庄重而严肃的主题；是一个充满荣耀与自豪的主题；是每一个中华儿女共同期盼的主题。每个人都有属于他们自己的中国梦，而我，当然也有一直萦绕在心怀只属于我的中国梦。我是一个中国的年轻人，同时也是企业的一员，所以青春梦亦是我的梦，中国梦亦是我的梦，企业梦亦是我的梦。 When refer to youth dream, we always think about what is youth. Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind，it is not so much rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees as strong will, rich imagination and sufficient emotion. Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals and dreams. Youth is the freshness of the deep springs of life, however dreams is the source of youth. Our youth dream is a part of Chinese dream.
当谈及青春梦，我们经常在思索青春是什么。青春不是指岁月，而是指心态。青春与其说是粉嫩的脸，红润的唇，矫健的膝，不如说是坚强的意志，丰富的想象，以及充沛的情感。青春是追求。只有当勇气盖过怯弱、进取压倒苟安之时，青春才存在。仅仅岁月的流逝并不能使他们衰老。而一旦抛弃理想和信念，则垂垂老也。青春是生命深处清泉的喷涌，梦想则是青春的源泉。我们的青春梦是中国梦的一部分。
Our new president Xi came up with the dream of the Chinese nation's rejuvenation on December 29, 2012. He said: the Chinese dream is a dream of national strength prosperity and people's happiness. This dream integrates the long-cherished wishes of Chinese people in generations and reflects the collective interest of Chinese nation and its
people. This dream is the common anticipation of every Chinese people. 2012年12月29日，习主席提出中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。他说：中国梦就是实现国家繁荣富强和人民幸福安康。这个梦想集合了几代中国人的夙愿，反映了中华民族的共同利益和它的人民。这个梦是每一个中国人的共同期望。
I always ask myself what can I do for our great Chinese dream ? As we all know that the wiser the youths are ,the wiser the nation will be；the wealthier the youths are ,the wealthier the nation will be；the stronger the youths are ,the stronger the nation will be. Here the word wealthy means: eiching our knowledge reserve. As a new generation of engineer, everyone here is shouldering the great historical mission of making China powerful and strong. You may say that this may exaggerate our role, but I want to say you are wrong. If I am a little screw our great dream may be a multifunction and complex machine. Through this example I just want to say you are very tiny but you are indispensable. Chinese dream is our dream, so we should be united as one to pursue it with doing all our best and expect it come true someday.
我时常问我自己，我可以为我们伟大的中国梦做些什么？众所周知：少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强！在这里“富裕”一词应理解为：丰富我们的知识储备。作为新一代的工程师，在座的每位都肩负着实现中国繁荣富强的使命。你可能会说这也许夸大了我们的作用，但是我想说，你错了。如果我是一颗小小的螺丝钉，那我们的中国梦就是一个复杂而又多功能的机器。通过这个例子我想说：我个人虽然渺小，但是我也是必不可少的。中国梦是我们共同的梦，所以我们应该团结一致努力的去最求它，期盼它早日实现。
As a youth engineer, the Enterprise dream is my dream, which is of course included in Chinese dream. My dream is that science and technology should be the effective means to ensure that the development and prosperity of enterprises and country, and I am the one of contributors. I dream of becoming the best engineer in the world, and make every effort to dedicate my life to our company and our country. In order to realize the dream, I will do my best to work hard, and learn science and technology well，at the same time, learn English constantly. 作为一名年轻的工程师，企业梦也是我的梦，当然包括在中国梦之中。我的梦想是：科学和技术应该是确保企业和国家发展和繁荣的有效手段，而我会作为贡献者之一。我梦想成为世界上最顶尖的工程师，尽我一切努力将我的一生贡献给企业和国家。为实现梦想，我会努力工作，努力学好科学知识和技术，同时经常学习英语。
There is a long way to achieve the dream and maybe there will be a lot of difficulties on the way, but I’ll still stick to my dream, follow my dream and realize my dream. No pains, no gains.
