X4市给水工程初步设计

摘 要

本设计的主要内容包括:取水构筑物设计;净水厂设计;输配水管网设计;工程总概算与制水成本分析四部分。经用水量计算知,新水厂近期供水规模为5.4万m3/d,远期为11万m3/d,以地表水为水源。

取水工程由菱形箱式取水头部、自流管以及取水泵房组成。取水泵房内径16.5m,近期1台300S19型水泵(Q=612-935m3/h,H=22-14m,N=103kw,n=970r/min)和2台500S22A型水泵(其中1台为备用泵)(Q=1400-2020m3/h,H=20-14m,N=

S22A型水泵,并再增设一台185kW,n=970r/min)。远期将300S19型水泵换成500

500S22A型水泵,即3台500S22A工作,1台500S22A备用。

净水工程常规工艺采用折板絮凝池、平流沉淀池、V型滤池、液氯消毒工艺,絮凝剂选用碱式氯化铝。

絮凝池与沉淀池合建,采用2组,每组设计水量为q?2.7万m3/d。絮凝池设计絮凝时间为19.9min,絮凝池尺寸:L?B?H?15.6m?8.20m?3.50m,有效水深为3.20m。

m平流沉淀池设计停留时间为2h,尺寸:L?B?H?86m?8.2m?3.6,有效水深:

H?3.3m,池内平均水平流速:v?11mm/s,弗劳德数:Fr?1.18?10?5(在10?5~10?4范围内),雷诺数:Re?14880(一般为4000-15000)。

V型滤池设两组,每组设计水量为q?2.7万m3/d,共四格,单格池宽B?3.0m,池长L?10.5m,面积为42m2。设计滤速采用v?9m/h,强制滤速v?=11m/h。

滤池采用单层石英砂均粒滤料,有效粒径在0.95~1.35m,不均匀系数K80?1.30。 冲洗方式采用:先气冲洗,再气-水同时冲洗,最后再用水单独冲洗。

新水厂进行深度处理,采用臭氧—生物活性炭处理工艺。

臭氧投加量选为1mg/L,臭氧在水中的半衰期为20min。设计氧化接触时间为10min。臭氧接触池的尺寸为L×B×H=19.10m×5.90m×7.20m。

生物活性炭滤池选用普通快滤池池型。采用2组炭滤池,滤池设计水量为Q?5.4万m3/d,每组采用的滤池个数为8个,每个滤池面积为35.7m2,尺寸为:L?B?H?8.5m?4.2m?3.3m。炭滤池采用的设计滤速v1?8.0m/h,强制滤速为v2?9.1m/h。炭滤池按大阻力配水系统设计,反冲洗强度q?15L/?s.m2?,t?10min。

二级泵房即近期3台350S44运行,1台350S44备用;远期换掉2台350S44并增加3台500S59A,即2台350S44和2台500S59A 运行,1台500S59A 备用。

管网采用环状管网与树状管结合,管材选用球墨铸铁管。管线总长35390 m,最大管径700mm,最小管径100mm。

本设计对净水厂的排泥水进行了处置。滤池反冲洗水及沉淀池排泥水通过浓缩、脱水后上清液排入城市下水道,泥饼运送至垃圾填埋场填埋。

3排泥池流量为1740m/d,寸定为16m×16m×3.9m。

浓缩池设计流量为:72.5m3/h,池体直径为16.2m,总高度为5.90m。

3污泥平衡池池容 V?92m,池体径为6.2m,池体总高度为3.5m。

3m工程总投资为10230.12万元,单位制水成本为0.76元/

Water Supply Preliminary Design of X4 City

Abstract

The main elements of the design include:

Ⅰ. Design of the intake structure of the new water plant.

Ⅱ. Design of the new water plant.

Ⅲ. Design of the pipe network in the G1 city.

Ⅳ. Balance budget of water supply engineering and the running cost of the new plant. Calculated by the water consumption is known that the scale of the new plant is determinted as 54 000 m3/d in the near future and 110 000 m3/d in the.further futrue.

The intake structure is formed with the diamond-shaped box-type intake head, gravity pipe, as well as the composition of the water pumping station. The inside diameter of the water pumping station is 16.5m, in the near futrue use 1 300S19 pump (Q=612-935m3/h,H=22-14m,N=103kw,n=970r/min)and 2 500S22A pumps (including 1 stand-by pump ) (Q=1400-2020m3/h,H=20-14m,N=185kW,n=970r/min). 300S19 pump will be replaced by 500S22A in the further futrue , and to add a same type pump, that is 3500S22A working,1 spare.

Water purification project is made up with folded-plate flocculating tank , horizontal flow sedimentation tank , aquazur V-filter, chlorine disinfection process, selection of BAC as flocculant.

Design flocculation time:19.9min, flocculation Size: L?B?H?15.6m?8.20m?3.50m,effective water depth:3.20m.The sedimentation tanks stratospheric residence time:;2hsize: L?B?H?86m?8.2m?3.6m,the effective water depth: H?3.3m, pool average velocity: v?11mm/s,Froude number: Fr?1.18?10?5 (in-scope 10?5~10?4), Reynolds number: Re?14880 (normally 4000-15000).

The V-filter-based 2 groups, design of water for each of the four-frame is q?2.7?104m3/d, single-cell pool width B?3.0m, pool length L?10.5m, with an area of 42m2. Design filtration rate usingv?9m/h, mandatory filtration rate v?=11m/h.

Quartz sand filter using single-layer media are tablets, effective particle size in the 0.95 ~ 1.35mm, uneven coefficient K80?1.30.

Washing methods used: the first gas washing, and then gas - water while washing, and finally washing with water alone.

New water plant to the depth of processing, the use of ozone - biological activated carbon process.

Selected as the ozone dosage 1mg / L, the half-life of ozone in water for 20min. Design of contact time for oxidation of 10min. Ozone contact tank size L × B × H = 19.10m × 5.90m × 7.20m.

Biological Activated Carbon Filter use rapid filter. Carbon Filter use 2 group, the design of water is Q?5.4?104m3/d,each filter used in the number of eight ,for each area of 35.7m2 ,filter size as follows: L?B?H?8.5m?4.2m?3.3m. Charcoal filter design filtration rate: v1?8.0m/h, mandatory filtration rate is v2?9.1m/h. Charcoal filter resistance by large water distribution system design, backwashing strength isq?15L/?s.m2?,t?10min.

Second pumping station that is running the recent 3 350S44, 1 350S44 standby ; 2 350S44 replace the long-term and to increase 3 500S59A, that is, 2 350S44 and 2 500S59A operation, 1 spare 500S59A standby.

Pipe network use of tree ring network and management, selection of pipe ductile iron pipe.The total pipeline length is 35,390, the largest diameter is700mm and the smallest diameter is100mm.

water and sedimentation tank t sludge water is concentrated and dehydrated, after that the supernatant liquid discharged into the city sewers and the mud-cake delivered to the landfill site landfill.

Flow of sludge discharge tank is 1740m3/d, inch set at 16m × 16m × 3.9m.

Design flow of concentrated pool: 72.5 m3/h, the pool diameter is 16.2m, the total height of 5.90m.

Design dimension of sludge balance equalization tank is V?92m3, the pool diameter is

5.9m, the total pool of body height of 3.5m.

The total investment of the engineering is 102,301,200 Yuan. The unit produced water cost is 0.76 yuan /m3.

毕业设计说明书(毕业论文)撰写与排版要求

为了提高毕业设计说明书的质量,进一步规范毕业设计,搞好说明书的撰写与排版,对毕业设计说明书提出以下要求:

1.撰写要求

1.1毕业设计说明书(毕业论文)包括题目,学生和指导教师姓名,中英文摘要,目录,正文,鸣谢,参考文献,附件等。

1.2 中文摘要的字数要求300字左右,英文摘要应当与中文摘要内容一致,并与正文内容相符。内容包括结构特点,设计具体内容,设计手段,创新点,设计成果等。

1.3 目录中应列出一、二级标题所在的页码。

1.4 正文统一按章节划分,内容要齐全,计算数据结果尽量用图表列出,要有适当的插图,正文最后部分应有对全部设计的总结。正文中的表、图必须有名称,并按所在章分别顺序编号。正文中的重要公式也要按顺序编号。(来自:www.zaidian.cOm 书 业网:word)毕业设计说明书中英文摘)公式居中,编号在行末。正文篇幅控制在30页左右。

1.5 参考文献的格式应按照有关规定书写,参见本校学报(自然科学版)。

2.排版要求

2.1 为了提高毕业设计说明书的排版质量,统一要求用word2000或word2003排版软件录入,公式编辑使用word自带的公式编辑器(不允许使用其它公式编辑插件),并用A4纸激光打印输出。要求页边距设置为左3cm,右2.5cm,上3cm,下2.5cm,页眉2.5cm,页脚2cm,行距设为1.25倍行距。

2.2 说明书中正文各层次标题一律左起顶格书写如下:

0 绪论一级标题,四号黑体

1 工程概况 一级标题,四号黑体

1.1 ×××× 二级标题,小四号黑体

1.1.1 ×××× 三级标题,五号黑体

如果需要设置四级标题,可不编号,标题用五号黑体。

1.3 正文采用五号字,中文用宋体字体排版,英文用Times New Roman字体排版。

1.4 文中的公式应居中,公式编号用小括号( )表示,位于行末。注意:公式中的变量字母和数字都用比缺省状态小一磅来编写。

1.5 文中表格的编号及名称用小五号黑体,表格内的数据及说明用小五号宋体。

1.6 文中插图的编号及名称用小五号黑体,图中的文字用小五号宋体。

1.7 参考文献标题用小四黑居中,文献用五号宋体左齐,文献编号用方括号 [ ] 表示。

1.8 毕业设计说明书首页及目录的格式见样张。

3.打印装订要求

3.1 打印一律使用A4纸单面打印。

3.2 装订采用左装订,封面必须使用学校统一的毕业设计专用封面。
