What makes us human beings different from other creatures in the world is that we can make our life count for something.
There is no shortage of such inspiring figures in history, one of whom is Martin Luther King, who was dedicated to fighting against racial discrimination as well as striving for the freedom and human rights of black people in the US. Hard as it was to realize his dream, the great leader stuck to his belief and made great efforts. Thanks to his efforts, history witnessed the rising status of black people. In this way, he did make a difference.
As Steven Jobs put it, “life is for changing the world”. Tiny as we are compared to the whole earth, we can become huge and strong when we decide to change something. The world will become more colorful and beautiful because of the many tiny differences we have made.
