第二个70%是指企业中70%的问题是由于沟通障碍引起的。比如企业常见的效率低下的问题,实际上往往是有了问题、有了事情后,大家没有沟通或不懂得沟通所引起的。另外,企业里面执行力差、领导力不高的问题,归根到底,都与沟通能力的欠缺有关。

这两个70%有力地解释了管理沟通对提高一个组织的绩效的重要性。一个企业中的人们不可能不进行沟通,即使沉默也传达了一种组织的态度。

笔者在培训、咨询、调研过程中,看到太多因为不会沟通、无效沟通造成的失误、失败,所以建议各位企业界人士学好沟通、学会沟通、做好沟通。
